Paul, is it?

Before the Blackburn game, 'Captain' Paul Scholes said that ManUtd couls kiss their title goodbye if they don't win their next two games. Scholes emerged the villain as ManUtd lost their home match against Blackburn, thanks to his major blunder - a wrong pass just outside his own penalty box.

It is high time Fergie looks at his line-up and decides Scholes is not the same person in the midfield as he is when he plays just behind the striker. Also, his age is catching up with him and he is not the same player who consistently provided 10-15 goals in a season.

It looks like ManUtd are already way behind in the title race and only a great resurgence would give them some hope and that looks highly unlikely if Fergie sticks to his 4-5-1 formation!

You are bang on about Scholes. He seems like a liablity but he could score a lot of goals in quick time once he gets off the mark.

Also Ronaldo gives the ball away far too many times trying his little tricks. In away matches, that could hurt ManU.

The only hope for the other clubs seems to be if Lampard and Terry get injured, preferably at the same time.Else, its curtains.

Keep posting da. Will write in a lot more from now on.

Aja.

Hmm...Ronaldo's tricks are sometimes helpful too...remember, he won the free-kick which Giggs scored, using his trademark tricks. But he's anyday better than Liv's Garcia who keeps losing the ball, even without showing tricks!

Lampard and Terry...injured???? hah! That's as unlikely as Louis Saha getting fit ever again!

you are right....his tricks are helpful alright...but I am only saying wrt away matches, where retaining the ball is crucial.I can recall many matches where he gives the ball away in midfield and puts his defenders under lot of pressure. But he's improved nowadays,i should concede.
and yeah....garcia is a huge liability...he should go.

and on Lampard and terry, one match with Blackburn could do the trick.Couple of wild tackles,a few red cards and a more competetive epl, hopefully.Fingers crossed.

Aja.

haha...one match with Blackburn! that's true though...lucky for ManU, they escaped their clash without any more players getting on the injured list.

Btw, do u think fans are right in booing Sir Alex? C'mon, they are without nearly 8 first team players. Imagine a Chelsea without just the 3 - Lampard, Terry, Makelele! Even they would lose!

But then, ManU did defend very bad and of course, Scholes should go!
